Tělesná cvičení mohou nahradit mnoho léků, ale žádný lék na světe nemůže nahradit tělesná cvičení (Mosso).
Czech Association of Animal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation
was officially established in December 2016. It was formed as an association of veterinary surgeons, animal rehabilitation experts and other people involved in animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation with the same professional interest.
The main objective of the association is to considerably contribute to a systematic and continuous professional growth of our members in the field of veterinary physiotherapy and animal rehabilitation.

Every veterinary surgeon, animal rehabilitation expert and anyone interested in the field of animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation can become a member of CAAPR.
You need to:
agree with the statutes of this association
and
to fill out and send us a written application.
There are two kinds of association membership - member and a certified member.
A certified member must provide documents on education and expertise level related to animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation. These documents must contain a detailed description of this education.
The Board of Regents will decide, whether the content of the given education meets the requirements for the inclusion of a person as a certified member, or may propose further studying.
The following is meant to be an appropriate documentation of education and expertise level related to animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation:
A completed course of physiotherapy and rehabilitation under the auspices of CAAPR, renowned foreign courses under the direction of a certified specialist or a foreign association for animal physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a long-term internship (3 months or more) at a workplace with a certified specialist, obtained European specialist title in physiotherapy, or DipECVS or DipECVN that relate to rehabilitation.

COURSES
In order to achieve the main goal, the association organizes a Course of Small Animal Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. It is a course in which its participants must complete 210 hours of theoretical and practical training, 80 hours of practice and present their 3 patients. The course is completed by several consecutive tests and a final exam, consisting of a theoretical and practical part. The successful graduates receive the CertCAAPR title.
